The rain did not dampen the “Celebrate You” event at the Ascension Council on Aging – Gonzales Senior Center. Thank you so much to Darlene Schexnayder, Executive Director of Ascension Council on Aging and the Gonzales Senior Center staff for being great hosts. Parish President Kenny Matassa joined us in celebrating the seniors of Ascension Parish. Mr. Matassa presented us with a certificate expressing “in acknowledgement of the many great things you have accomplished for our community. You are a great resource for our seniors.” Very much appreciated. Thank you very much.
