Provides transportation to places such as senior centers, medical appointments and social service agencies.

Congregate Meals

Nutritionally balanced meals served in community settings.

Home Delivered Meals

Nutritionally balanced meals delivered to homebound frail or disabled elderly.

Long Term Care Ombudsmen Services

LOUISIANA-OMBUDSMAN-PROGRAMLong Term Care Ombudsmen investigate and resolve complaints made by or on behalf of residents of long-term care facilities. Long-term care facilities include nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and personal care homes that serve individuals age 60 and over. Ombudsmen also assist consumers and potential consumers with the process of choosing a facility.
