A six-week program that meets three days a week and is proven to reduce arthritis’s pain and discomfort, Increase balance, strength and walking pace; build confidence in your ability to be physically active, and improve overall health. It is also an excellent tool for any seniors with or without arthritis wanting to get a little more exercise.
Locations and times move frequently!
The “Community Setting” version will be taking extra precautions against community transmission for our most vulnerable population and as of right now we plan on providing 5 free reusable masks per participant.
- Cost is $7.00 per participant for guidebook + 6 weeks 3 days a week
